up much room to store them.
January 2007 Nikon School, Advanced, day two.
Who knows enough
about their camera and photo editing software? Not me!
January 2007 Nikon School, Introduction day one.
I
stopped adding certificates when the stack of them reached an inch
thick but decided to add this one because it was so much work.
November 2006, H&R Block Tax Training. This is their intro
class but was about 60 class hours and at least 1 1/2 times that
amount of homework.
Spring
2000 Nehemiah Training. This is a special financing program
available to buyers with little or no down payment.
Spring '98 Bellevue
Community College, Photoshop
Northwest Real Estate
Technology Summit '98. This is the first time I have been a speaker at a gathering
of real estate agents (other than in my office).
Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR) Designation
Washington State Housing
Finance Comission Certificate No.: 1-2933 for successful completion of Lender
Certification Traning and Homebuyer Eduction Instructor Training.
A one day class but I lobbied for two years to allow Realtors to be
eligble to teach this class.

Access certificate? "I am" one of my classmates said. This class
strained my brain. Thus the certificate.
