and experience is involved in arriving at a price range within three percent of market
value and I believe I discover this correct price nearly one hundred percent of the time. Lets use all the knowledge we each bring to the
table and get you the most money possible in the quickest time possible with the fewest
problems possible.
I have access to
all comparable sale data and know
how to use it expertly. Both under pricing and overpricing will cost you money. Overpricing
will postpone and sometimes alter your goals and dreams for a change for you and your
family. |
