Why select Mary as your agent

Quality marketing means more exposure. 

Sellers often ask us to show only serious buyers. Most of us do not shop for anything, including homes, if we are not serious. Buyers, not me, determine how serious they are.

Expert Advice. I will always give you honest unbiased advice backed up with factual information to help you make the right decisions.

Liability Reduction. My instructions as how to fill out the disclosure form will minimize liability. The buyer must sign a statement that he/she has received a copy of this report at time of contract.

Personalized service. Syndicated columnist Bob Bruss says the experience of your agent is critical. Select me to represent you and you get 24 years of experience 24 hours a day (most days).

Negotiations. It is not just an agent's negotiating skills that raises the price, (though it certainly helps) it is the process itself. You do not have to deal directly with a buyer.

Lookilous. One of the biggest problems that people selling by owner face is attracting buyers who are qualified and sincere. Of those who are qualified, many are looking at "by owners" to get a good deal. Those buyers looking to save the commission or find an owner they can take advantage of are not working with me.

  • Prepare a detained written analysis showing how your property compares to recent sales using MLS and County Assessors' information.

  • Provide tips on how to show the property.

  • Plan and direct a comprehensive marketing program that will obtain maximum exposure.

  • Check the credit history of buyers via direct access to credit reporting agency.

  • Determine target markets most likely to produce a buyer.

  • Determine a reasonable range of value and recommend an asking price based on analysis.
  • Calculate the net cash you might anticipate.
